The Chuck Wagon Restaurant has been serving it's customers for nearly 40 years, co-founded by Norman Paradis in 1967.
Born and raised into the restaurant business, Norman was no stranger to the kitchen, helping his father make duck sandwiches & lobster salad rolls at the age of 6. Orphaned at the age of 18, he supported both he and his brother by working various jobs in the food service industry, ranging from being a butcher to driving a bakery delivery route. His hard work ethic paid off when he joined the original Chuck Wagon in Lewiston and soon afterwards opened up the Livermore Falls Location. Within 2 years of its opening, he gained sole ownership. From then on the Chuck Wagon Restaurant of Livermore Falls has been family owned and operated.
